Booking
• All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message.
• Rush bookings (less than 24 hours notice) may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Weather
• Shoots may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no additional charge.
• Aerial services are subject to FAA regulations and weather conditions.
Turnaround Time
• Standard delivery time is within 24 hours of the shoot.
• Services such as 3D floor plans, virtual staging, or custom edits may require additional time.
Payments
• Payment is due upon delivery of final media files.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer.
• Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee.

Big Hills Media retains full copyright ownership of all images, videos, floor plans, and related media created during a shoot.
We reserve the right to use any materials for our own marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property associated with the shoot.
This includes use on:
• Real estate websites and MLS
• Social media platforms
• Print materials and digital advertising
Usage Restrictions:
• The license is valid only for the duration the property is listed for sale.
• Media may not be reused for other listings or future marketing without written permission.
• Clients may not sell, transfer, or gift images to third parties, including homeowners.
• Any third party (e.g. contractors, builders, designers) must contact Big Hills Media directly for licensing.
Important:
Big Hills Media does not sell or transfer full image rights. All media remains the intellectual property of Big Hills Media.
Enforcement:
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content will result in legal action.
We actively protect our copyright and will pursue all infringements. If you suspect misuse of our content, please contact us immediately.
